Neil Passmore
Neil is the Co-Founder of Pomeroon. Educated at the University of Oxford (BA, MBA), Neil served in the British Army before joining J.P.Morgan as an emerging markets banker. He is CEO of an investment bank - Hannam & Partners - focused on natural resources. Every present his daughters gave him since 2017 contained some form of coconut.
Duncan Turnbull
Duncan is the Co-Founder of Pomeroon, and served as CEO from inception until April 2019. Educated at the University of Oxford (BA) and the Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA), he has worked in agriculture across the world: meat in the UK, hazelnuts in Bhutan, and fish in the Philippines. His first pet was called Hilda and weighed 300kg.
Lisa Moonilall
Lisa is the Financial Controller at Pomeroon. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and previously worked with Ram & McRae Chartered Accountants in Georgetown. Lisa loves gardening, reading and fishing on the Demerara River.
Gary Grant
Gary is the Estate Manager at Stoll in Guyana. Educated at the Guyana School of Agriculture, he previously worked for the Guyana Rice Development Board and the Demerara Company. His hobbies including bee keeping, Manchester City Football Club and repairing the excavator.
Lia Abady
Lia is the Head of Stakeholder Relations at Pomeroon. Educated at Clark University (BA) and Columbia University (MA), she has over 25 years experience in stakeholder relations and previously led the Natural Resources Forum in London and worked at the FTSE-listed Man Group. Lia was born and raised in Curaçao and is fluent in five languages.
